rewrite the rules of movement

Hey! I’m Rebecca

FITNESS EXPERT, BOOK LOVER
& YOUR BIGGEST CHEERLEADER

Smiling woman with long hair, wearing a green top, standing by a window indoors.

Having grown up through 2000's diet culture and living with multiple chronic illnesses and chronic pain, I know first hand what it's like to have a complicated relationship with your body. However, I truly believe everyone deserves to feel good in their own skin. I aim to help you feel at home in your body by building strength, mobility & confidence. I love helping my clients do things they never thought they’d be capable of.

Supporting you every step of the way

because you deserve to feel strong, powerful, and at home in your body.

Strength Training

Strength is about more than lifting weights — it’s about building a body that supports you in every part of your life. Create a foundation of strength through personalized, sustainable training that meets you where you are and grows with you.

Mobility

Move better, feel better. Whether you're managing stiffness, injury, or simply wanting to move better, I’ll guide you in reconnecting with your body through accessible exercises to reduce pain and help your body move with ease.

Mindset

Movement isn’t just physical — it’s mental, too. Build a resilient, growth-focused mindset that supports your movement journey, your everyday life, and empowers you to show up for yourself with consistency, grace, and confidence.

Body Image

Your worth is not tied to your appearance. We’ll rewrite the narrative around your body — celebrating what your body can do, embracing strength, vulnerability, and self-respect.

Chill Mobility Foundations

Feel better in your body—in just 10 minutes a day.

Whether you're dealing with stiffness, tension, or simply craving a softer way to reconnect with your body, this 4-week course is your invitation to slow down, move with intention, and build a foundation of mobility that supports in everyday life.

This isn’t about pushing through pain or chasing flexibility goals—it’s about creating space.
Space to breathe, to move, and to feel good in your body again.
